Reservations and Refund Policy
For regular bookings, we require the first night to be paid in advance to secure a booking. We can refund this amount if cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your check in date.
For Peak Season bookings, we require 100% payment in advance to secure a booking. We can refund 90% of your payment if cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to your check in date; the remaining 10% is a charge for bank and handling fees.With notice of 30 days or more we can refund 40% but below 30 days no refunds will be made.
